Reservation Policy For In-Person Events
Your reservation is only secured with a payment by check or an online payment.
Payments for $60 per person must be received before or on the reservation deadline.
*All credit card or PayPal payments will incur a $2 handling fee which will be added to the cost of the the reservation.
Reservation Deadline
The Reservation Deadline is at least one week (7 days) prior to the date of the event you would like to attend. Please note that a late fee will be charged for reservations received after the deadline.
Reservations made past the deadline and last minute walk-ins will be charged an additional $10.
No-Shows
If you call or e-mail to make a reservation and say that you will pay at the door and you and/or your guest(s) do not attend, you will be asked to pay for the entire amount.
Last minute walk-ins must be checked in with payment by 11:00 a.m. in order to be included for lunch.
All payments are non-refundable.

Your reservation is only secured with a payment by PayPal or credit card online. Reservations cost $10.00, plus a handling fee.

Reservation Deadline
The Reservation Deadline is at least (2 days) prior to the date of the Monthly Meeting you would like to attend.
No-Shows
